Reflections on Fighting Hunger Credit Hours: 3 Exploration of world hunger using an interdisciplinary approach. Analysis of natural resource-related, political, and cultural causes of hunger; its health and socioeconomic effects; and current proposed solutions, with an emphasis on education.
