How Indigenous Peoples of Guatemala Navigate the Political and Economic Crises of Globalization

Join us Friday, April 12 at 3pm for Guatemalan anthropologist and Maya-K'iche' intellectual Rigoberto Quemé Chay's talk on contemporary socioeconomic, political, and environmental challenges facing Guatemala's indigenous peoples. Students, faculty, and members of the general public are all encouraged to attend! The lecture will be in Spanish, with a limited number of simultaneous translation headsets available for non-Spanish-speakers.
