2020 Integrative Conservation Conference

Special Collections Library, 300 S Hull St, Athens, GA 30605, multiple rooms

The Integrative Conservation Conference (ICC) invites you to connect across boundaries to create more just and innovative solutions to today’s conservation challenges.

Connections across academic disciplines, sciences and the arts, and academia and the general public highlight the collaborative, global nature of conservation initiatives. ICC fosters inclusive spaces that promote cross-cutting conservation work by exploring how different values and knowledge systems impact conservation theory and practice. Conference panels explore these values and knowledge, theories and practice at the local level and across world regions, generating interdisciplinary dialogue on issues affecting environmental and ecological health from the Americas to Europe, Asia, and the Pacific Islands.

The Conference will be held from February 6 – 9 at the Russell Building Special Collections Library (300 S Hull Street, Athens, GA). Check our Conference Hotel and Travel Information page for tips on lodging and transportation options.

Please note, ICC attendance is limited to the first 150 registrants. Click here to register now!!

ICC is brought to you by the Center for Integrative Conservation Research and a dedicated group of students in the ICON PhD Program. Meet the ICC Program Committee here.
